2007 Visitor's Guide

There are a variety of ways to get around Livingston and the surrounding area: by bus, taxi, air, or even with outfitting and guide services.

The Livingston Bus Depot is located at 1404 E. Park St., corner of North O and Park streets at Espresso Depot/Caffé D’arte. The depot is open seven days a week. Depot hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.

The departure times for eastbound Greyhound buses are 4 a.m. and 5 p.m. The departure times for westbound coaches are 3 a.m. and 2:40 p.m.

Rimrock Trailways, which also stops at the bus depot, provides daily bus service between Billings, Helena, Great Falls and Missoula, and makes connections with other bus lines leaving the state. Eastbound buses leave at 9:25 p.m. Westbound buses depart Livingston at 3:20 p.m.

Karst Stage of Bozeman provides tour and charter services for groups. The company can be reached by calling (406) 586-8567.

Gallatin Field west of Bozeman is the closest commercial airport and is served by Northwest-KLM, Horizon-Alaska, Delta, United and Frontier airlines.

Private planes may land at Mission Field east of Livingston, where services such as charters, fueling, tie-down and minor repairs are available (contact Yellowstone Air Service at 222-6504). Also, several pilots around the county offer scenic flights.

Livingston Taxi operates within a 125-mile radius of Livingston and can be reached at 222-7713. The service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
